2018 GC Rieslings Bottled

Both the GC Premium and GC Celtic Farm 2018 Rieslings went down the line this week at the Prowine Contract Bottling facility at Gawler. Early indications are that vintage 2018 has been another very high quality year for Riesling from the GCV vineyard. The Celtic Farm is brimming with fresh citrus fruit and crisp green apple acidity and will offer up terrific early drinkability as usual, while the more restrained and structured Premium is all about delicate lime/lemon and talc and potentially will have a long life in front of it for those who like to drink older and more complex wines. We plan on releasing these in early September, so look out for them in the not too distant future
